Patch Notes Version 2.0.11.1790
Another update! A big list of fixes and some cool updates in the game intros. Finally, Ace got a voice now!
Version 2.0.11.1790 - May 10th, 2013
Content:
- Ace voice overs!
- Special music for each map to symbolize the final push to victory.
- More announcer audio.
- Sound effect for updates.
Changes:
- New, shorter intros for matches.
- Significantly increased speeds for accessing accounts. This includes the post match reward screen, match setup, purchases, viewing other players info, crafting, and login speed.
- Plunderball carrier's now have a special effect around them
- Lobby Music changed back to the old one.
Fixes:
- Lag spikes and players jittering and then teleporting shouldn't happen anymore.
- Users should get on average 5-10ms decrease in latency.
- Logos properly work in-game now.
- Fixed a bug causing boosts to not activate and start counting down.
- Clicking Confirm when picking a champion as the countdown expires won't cause the level to not load.
- Alliance message boards will continue to work after posting large volumes of messages.
- Players will now properly see the Gold/Silver KO awards.
- Black ground on the tutorial when using older video cards is fixed.
- Gore's impact effect should no longer float in the air, or below the ground.
- Fixed a bug with Backdraft where a player could cast the ability, then jump and be pushed backward in air.
- The most wins bragging right should now work for alliances.
- Notification bubbles won't flicker when starting to fade out, or be improperly aligned.
- Directional targeters will no longer display on top of characters.
- Champions should no longer remain stealthed after a match has finished.
- Emote animations now blend smoother.
- Max health reduction from Rowdy Crowd will now accurately show on the health bar.
- Plunder Isle lighting fixes.
- Minor menu fixes.
